AIR EXCHANGER MAINTENANCE VISIT  $96.00

We have you covered with our 13-Point comprehensive maintenance package:
  • Remove and clean filters. Vacuum / wash or replace* worn out filters as necessary.
  • Remove and clean heat core. Vacuum / wash as necessary.
  • Clean interior housing and motor fan blades. Vacuum and wipe clean as necessary.
  • Clean the drain line, flush if necessary. Ensure drain trap is properly working. Replacement of broken fittings or blocked drain lines*
  • Inspect and clean all interior grilles.
  • Inspect and clean exterior weather hoods. Replacement of broken / missing screens. Re-caulk / seal with foam where necessary. replacement of damaged or inferior exterior hoods as necessary*
  • Check defrost damper and cold air sensor. Confirm the damper opens, closes and seals properly.
  • Inspect insulated flexible duct and reseal where necessary. If insulated duct is wet and soggy, replacement will be advised*
  • Inspect non-insulated duct and seal with foil tape where necessary.
  • Ensure furnace interlock is working properly. Re-wire if necessary.
  • Ensure if installed that the spring-loaded back draft damper is operating properly. (typically located on the “stale air to outside collar”).  Install new damper if required*
  • Check wall control to ensure proper operation of HRV.
  • Most importantly, measure and properly balance HRV air flows as required by specific HRV manufacturer.
